What a brave story she tells, even if it makes me sick to my stomach and angers me. I’m not cynical enough to discount the part the mind can play in the body’s healing, but to suggest that attitude is everything does so much more harm than good. I am cynical enough to see through the pink parade of stories and products to buy in support of breast cancer awareness in October.
