I’m with you re: doing the best I can to stay fit and healthy (and look good ;-) into my 80s and 90s. That doesn’t mean I’ll necessarily be the acrobat you seem to be, which I admire. For me, it’s more a question of accepting that the body does age, which sometimes means dealing with health conditions I could not have anticipated. And I’ve earned the right to a little cynicism re: all the ‘age-defying’ (what an awful phrase) products trying to lure me.
