I love this poem by Wendell Berry, and the details you pepper the essay with re: ways to find joy (or let it find you) resonate, even make me smile. Unclench my jaw and breathe? It’s about being present to the moment, isn’t it? And I can’t imagine my days without yoga. Today found me listening to a Krista Tippett podcast episode, ‘Ross Gay—On the Insistence of Joy.’ Sometimes the universe gives you just what you need.
